Cool Down;; Depending on the amount of chakra that the user has the skill can last up to 8 post in all. Starting with the stat of 70 the user can use the Skill for 4 post total, At the mark of 85 they can use it for 6 post and at the stat of 100 the user can use the skill for 8 whole post. The post count Doubles after the user has Mastered the skill.  It has a basic 15 post cooldown and then 20 post cool down after mastery.
Description ;;
Creation: The jutsu goes hand in hand with space time ninjutsu and needs both the bases of Space time and Weaponry to use. The user must first prepare an orb in their hand with the properties of the specialties. The Orb takes a post to fully construct, the user has the complete ability to move and roam but can not use jutsu while the creation occurs. Once it is stable the orb will expand on its own and engulf anything that falls prey. During its creation the orb links with the user and causes purple marks to appear on the persons body, usually in random patterns. The creation of the dome, as it begins as a dark purple ball that whispers to those that are in the vicinity, once it is created it expands the post after and anything after has never been seen, the outside has a giant white angel with its wings wrapped around the orb and her hands covering her face much like she was weeping, it also gives off purple chakra and glows a light purple in the middle. As it sits on the ground the orb digs into the ground, this can be seen after its use. Though this makes it seem  physical this is not the truth the orb can be passed through easily and entered. Things can Enter the orb as well as leave it even weapons, When it is Mastered it becomes thickened and hard for anything with less chakra than 50 to exit it.

Attached: The jutsu is attached to the user and moves with the user as the fight occurs. The user is marked as the center of the orb as well as the only way to deactivate the orb. As the user moves the lines upon his body glow, although this is not seen by the enemy because of the Orb's properties.

Senses: The orb is able to take away 4 out of 5 human senses, this being The ability to See, Smell, Hear, and taste. This occurs to all who stand in the orb, the orb is also able to confuse outside forces who try to find the chakra signatures in the orb because of it being completely made of chakra, high level chakra at that. Not only can it confuse the sensing of chakra from the outside but also from the inside for any and all parties. The Orb also has a greater fight against Sense enhancing skills. Although certain jutsu can cancel out the disability to see the orb is pitch black on the inside. Clan eyes with sense enhancing abilities would still fall prey to the darkness. Though the orb can enhance the ability to feel. All Senses are not lost for either the user of the victims until the User strikes the victim with His weapon. Each strike causes them both to lose a sense in this way: Sight, Smell, Taste, Hearing. If someone has a chakra stat larger than Mumyo's then it will take two strikes to cause a sense to be lost for the victim but not for the User.

Sense Enhancer: Touch: The orb gives any human within the orb a field that lets them feel more than usual. Much like how a person can feel the presence of another that is close to them, the orb grants a user a larger range depending on the weapons that they wield in their hands. And yes this means for the greater range to occur the user must have the item in their hands. Due to the basic Diameter of the orb being 80 the Weapons can only boost the presence sensing up to 50 meters. Each weapon has its own added range and basic gain from the orb. Every person in the orb has a basic Presence sense of 5 meters.

Chart:
Kunai and other throwing weapons: These weapons are the lowest of the low and only grants the person handling it an added sense of presence of 2.5 meters. which sticks 2 post after the user has released the weapon from their hand.


Bows and Arrows: These give the wielder an added 4 meter sense and with launching the arrow a type of line of "Sight" Meaning the line that the arrow travels in adds on to the wielders felt space.


Sharp held weapons(Non-chakra related and larger then a sykle ): These add a range of 8 meters to the wielders presence sensing.

Weapons that work in conjunction with chakra: These are the weapons that add the most as they can add up to 18 meters they are one of the two weapons that make it easier to tell the direction in which a human is.


All other weapons add 10 meters to the sensing ability and have a scrambled type of sensing, meaning the direction that enemy stands is actually one direction over. Meaning that if the enemy was north of a person, the person would believe that the person was actually east of the person.

Drawbacks:  The Orb also causes for the user to lose the ability of Smell, sight, hearing and taste. The user can not use jutsu but can pump chakra to weapons that possess.

Mastering it: To master the jutsu the user must do a 3k word count post with it, this will cause for the user's ability to use the jutsu to be doubled and the user's own presence sensing, depending on the weapon, to add 2 meters to it. As well as boosting the  regular human sensing to 10 meters. The Orb also gains the ability to keep those who have a strength stat lower then 110 unable to escape the orb without 1. A Space time Jutsu, 2. Killing the user, 3. waiting for the jutsu to end. This also allows the user to use Jutsu B rank and lower.

Requirements ;; Ninjutsu or Weaponry as Primary and other as top 3 and more than 70 Chakra.

-Bring the cooldown up for the non-mastered version
-You list the ways for a person to get out but what about items? Say if I wanted to throw a kunai out of the orb, would that be possible?
-Make weaponry necessary as primary/secondary to use the jutsu
